'Lets Grow' - Ecominds project

Have fun, exercise, and improve your mental health by getting outside and into nature. Folkestone Mind's Ecominds horticultural and photographic project 'Let's Grow' is held weekly at Romney Marsh Visitor Centre. Please see the 'Wellbeing Programme' for further details.
"Let's Grow" is funded by Ecominds - a £7.5 million funding scheme run by National Mind on behalf of the Big Lottery Fund. Ecominds involves people with direct experience of mental distress in environmental projects that improve their mental and physical health, and local communities.
