Volunteer
"Volunteering is a way of giving back something for the help I have had. I kept coming when I was unwell as it gave me a sense of order to my day and stopped me from being alone." Jackie Fairlie
The operation of our services depends upon the help of volunteers. We have at least 40 part time volunteers who provide support to our organisation. We are very grateful for any help given to us.
We are particularly interested in hearing from volunteers to help
• Assist in our shops
• Teach music and creative activities
• Support staff in member outings and trips
If you wish to become a volunteer please print off an application form and return it to the address included. All volunteers are subject to a check by the Criminal Records Bureau. This can take up to four weeks to complete.
