Zumba Classes Raise Funds for FDM

On 19th Nov Zumba Tutor Jeanette Stanford presented Folkestone & District Mind with a cheque to the value of £635.44, raised by those attending Jeanette’s 11 weekly Zumba classes – a fantastic amount! The classes that took part in raising the funds are Zumba Gold classes (Eastry, Ash, St. Johns x 2 classes, Littlebourne, Barham)

Many thanks to everyone who took part in Folkestone Mind's first ever Sponsored walk on Tuesday 19 September. The weather was very kind to us, the sun shone and the sea glimmered. Staff, volunteers and clients walked from the Centre to Sandgate and back via the newly opened former railway bridge along by the harbour
